Friday Cheer

At the "Where the Wild Things Are" exhibit, she liked dressing up as the Wild Things.

Angie was sliding into a bowl of "Chicken Soup With Rice." Posted by Hello

Not one of Maurice Sendak's better known works, but one I fondly recall. It was part of a collection of small books (2 X 3) that my grandma had at her house. Really, a lot of the books that the exhibit displayed brought back a lot of memories for me.

Not Getting A Lot Done Today

Parents have that special ability to just "know" when their kid is going to demand most of their attention in a day. I got clued in, when I opened my eyes this morning to see my daughter looking right at me. She smiled and said, "Hi, daddy."

Happy Birthday

Today is my daughter, Angela's 3rd birthday. 3 years with the knowledge that there is no way I could be happier without her in my life.

The wife took the day off, and we are going to the Western Reserve Historical Museum to see the Maurice Sendak, "Where the Wild Things Are Exhibit." Posted by Hello

Hopefully Angie will enjoy it nearly as much as the Wife and I expect to.
