Anything from current events, campaign finance reform, sports (especially baseball), corporate/political/legal ethics, pop culture, confessions of a recovering comic book addict, and probably some overly indulgent discourses about my 3-year old daughter. Very Surprised

I honestly did not even know I had been nominated. I'm shocked I made it as a finalist in the category of Online Commentary (medium). Medium, by the way means 100,000 to less than a million unique hits to the overall site (cleveland.com) in a month.

I know it's a cliche, but I was honored simply to be nominated. That Denise Polverine, the editor for Cleveland.com, thought that much of what I'm doing to nominate me (and pay the entry fee) is very flattering.

Jeff Hess and John Ettore have been more than effusive in their congratulations for this. I think I actually blushed when I read their comments. Both are great people to just talk and have a few drinks with, when I get those rare chances to actually see them in person. I also want to say thank you to Adam Harvey, who has been very kind not to gloat too much over his Irish crushing my beloved Pitt Panthers this year.

I just want to thank everyone who is reading NEO Babble, despite the name.
